Brilliant! My wife and I saw a car we liked however as the showroom was closed due to lockdown I rang the number on the door. We arranged to meet later where the car I wished to test was ready for us. There was very good infection control set up in the car, steering wheel, gear stick, hand brake, indicator etc had disposable coverings and a mask and gloves for me to wear inside. The car was immaculate and after the test we were met once again by the guy we’d seen before who chatted us through the spec of the car and what he’d give us for our car. Both of which we were happy with. I went in the office where a screen was on the desk between us and a deposit was paid. I returned just two days later to collect my new car after MOT etc had been completed. Again infection control was great and the transaction was completed very comfortably and quickly. The car came with 6months warranty including parts and labour I really couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thoroughly recommended!!

   Professional, care standards & quality vehicles. Dealing with Arnewood motor company was a pleasant and a relaxing experience. My wife and I were both in need of replacement cars. My wife being the priority for a particular vehicle for her work. Nothing suitable in our or adjacent counties and so we had to widen the field. Arnewood had a car that ticked the boxes but a 3 1/2 drive or train journey to New Milton did not excite us. However we bit the bullet and traveled to New Milton. The car did not disappoint and we purchased it but we were unable to drive it away as Arnewood were adamant about a full service and preparation and rectification of a couple of items. We then noticed a car I had seriously thought about in the past, not on the their website but just perfect for me, so we purchased both cars. Again we were not able to take the car. No record of a cam-belt change so this plus full service and recall item was carried out, all instigated by Arnewood. Two very satisfied customers. No pushy sales, professional approach & service.
